Cookies and browser storage.

How the public website and signed-in platform use cookies and browser storage, and what you can control.

The public website

The marketing website does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies or third-party embeds. You can read its pages without creating an account. Language is identified in the page address, so a link to an English page opens the same language for everyone who follows it.

Sign-in and account security

The signed-in platform uses essential cookies to recognize your session and protect account actions. These support requested functions such as signing in, moving between pages and submitting changes securely. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or stop parts of the platform from working correctly.

Preferences and unfinished work

Saved preferences help the platform show dates, times and notifications in the way you choose. Browser storage can also preserve unfinished project, proposal or message drafts so that work can be recovered after an interruption. Some preferences belong to your account, while local draft recovery belongs to the browser in which you were working.

Using a shared device

Sign out when you finish using a shared device and close your work tabs. Locally saved drafts can contain project details or commercial information. If you need to remove local copies, clear the site’s browser data as well. Clearing browser data can remove unfinished drafts and require you to sign in again; it does not delete submitted project records from the platform.

Your browser controls

Use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings to inspect, block or remove cookies and stored data for proNode. The public website has no optional analytics or advertising cookies to enable. Within the platform, use account settings for notification and display preferences and session controls to review active access.

Questions about storage

Contact us if you need help understanding how browser storage relates to your account, a saved draft or a shared device. Tell us which part of the service you were using and which browser you use. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or confidential project documents in your enquiry.
