What the service provides
proNode brings HVAC project teams and manufacturers together around a shared brief. It supports supplier participation, private conversations, technical and commercial proposals, evaluation and a recorded supplier selection. Participants remain responsible for their professional judgments and for checking the suitability of the information, products and proposals they use.
Accounts and company authority
Use your own account and keep its sign-in details private. Create or join a company workspace only when you are authorized to represent that company. Keep company and account information accurate, grant colleagues access appropriate to their responsibilities and remove access when it is no longer needed. The Primary Owner is responsible for handing over ownership deliberately to an accepted teammate.
Sharing information responsibly
Share only documents, messages and other content that you are entitled to use for the project. Check that shared material is relevant and that its recipients are allowed to see it. Do not upload malicious files, misuse another person’s account or try to access another company’s private work. A shared clarification must not expose a supplier’s identity, pricing or other confidential information.
Briefs and proposals
Project teams are responsible for the requirements they publish and for deciding whether a change is informational or material. Manufacturers are responsible for their technical responses, prices, assumptions, exclusions and validity periods. Submitting a proposal creates a fixed version for review. A later working draft does not replace it until that revision is submitted. A profile match describes declared criteria; it is not a supplier recommendation.
What a supplier selection means
An award records one selected supplier, one proposal version and one shared brief for a procurement round. Shortlisting is not an award, and a recorded client approval does not itself change the project stage. An award inside proNode is not, by itself, a purchase contract. Participants arrange their own contracting, ordering, payment, delivery, installation and after-sales obligations.
Fees and commercial arrangements
Project teams use proNode for free. Manufacturers have free access during early access. Manufacturer companies registered during early access receive 12 months of free access to the features listed on the pricing page from the launch of paid manufacturer subscriptions. The offer applies per company workspace. Pricing and terms will be shared in advance, with no automatic paid renewal. A supplier’s proposal price covers its equipment or services, separately from platform access.
Closing work and leaving a company
Close a procurement round when its work is complete, or start a new round when the project needs another supplier-selection process. Earlier brief versions, proposals and outcomes remain connected to the project. Before leaving a company or closing its workspace, hand over ownership where needed, review active work and arrange any required export. Changes to access do not erase the business records held by other authorized participants.
